Our mission
The Westchester Putnam Rockland Counseling Association (WPRCA) is the local affiliate of the New York State School Counselor Association (NYSSCA).
WPRCA offers its members professional development and networking opportunities as well as scholarships to enhance professional knowledge.
The association is governed by a formal constitution, by-laws and an Executive Board comprised of elected and appointed members representing all facets of the membership.
