SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FOR NYSSCA CONFERENCE WPRCA is proud to announce a scholarship opportunity for a WPRCA member to attend the NYSSCA conference this fall to be held on November 13-15. This scholarship is available to either a practicing school counselor or a current graduate student enrolled in a counseling program. The scholarship will cover the cost of registration for the conference.
